Tenure contract with VIP HOME is 6 months (min.) and 1-year (max.). You need to inform us, at least, one month before for contract renewal.

Yes, cooking is allowed but only light-medium cooking. Do clean up after you eat for hygiene purposes!

Yes. Cleaning service is free for shared area including kitchen, toilet, living room, throwing out trash and etc. But it is important too to practice personal hygiene!

It depends on the room size.

Keeping pets is not permitted in our units.

Online transfer (IBG) to our bank account. Transfer receipt/deposit slip is to be sent to our admin WhatsApp as proof of payment. You can also pay through iBilik app, you do not need to send the proof of payment to us.

You are required to pay a booking fee as your first month advance rental.
